How do customers pay?
Cash on delivery, or they send the money by bKash or Nagad and type the transaction ID at checkout. Razlio Mart checks that ID has never been used on another order and holds the order as Pending until you confirm it. There is no automatic card gateway: a human on your side confirms every wallet payment.
What happens if I pass my monthly order limit?
Nothing stops. Orders are a soft limit: you keep taking them, and each order past the included count is billed at the per-order rate on your plan, shown in the comparison table. Products and staff accounts are hard limits, so those you have to upgrade to raise.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every paid plan. On the free plan your store lives on a razlio.com subdomain, which is a real, indexable storefront and takes real orders.
Is courier booking automatic?
You book it, from inside the order, in one click. Razlio Mart does not dispatch parcels on its own, deliberately: you decide which order goes out and on which courier. The tracking status then comes back on its own.
Do I need a developer?
No. The storefront, the admin, the courier booking and the invoices all work out of the box, and the look of the store is set from presets and colour pickers in Settings. API access and webhooks exist on Pro for teams that want them.
What is the difference between Razlio Mart and Razlio AI?
Razlio Mart is the shop: storefront, orders, payments, couriers, accounts. Razlio AI is the sales agent that answers customers in chat and takes cash-on-delivery orders into it. They are sold separately and each works alone.
