Yes, natively. Razlio AI is built for Bengali and English, not run through a translator. It answers from your live catalogue, so the sizes, colours and prices it quotes are the ones actually on the shelf.
In chat, orders are cash on delivery: the AI takes the order and the customer pays when the parcel arrives. On the storefront, customers can also send money by bKash or Nagad and type the transaction ID, which Razlio Mart checks against reuse and holds as Pending until you confirm the payment.
